Jeff Holmes, rider Jim’s group. "I just finished my second pull of the morning (Sat. morning). Funny how reflective you can get when you’re riding a bike in the middle of the night when it’s pitch black! Just to reflect on what goes through your head in the middle of the night and you can’t see anything else...Everyday my sweetheart, my wife, Mickey, has written me a little note. And everyday I open one of them. Last night I read one, of course you’re not going to hear the content, but just a great reminder just how blessed I am that I have somebody that loves me so much that lets me do something like this! And as well, to all the people that I get to work with, Pastor Becky Rosaler put together a little folder and inside there is a packet for everyday and she collected notes from all our 20Something people and our friends and they wrote me something everyday. I want to say to all of them that their comments and encouragement has been incredible. I am truly blessed and thankful for being a person who is rich with relationships. Looking forward to the sunlight coming out. We are going to go into Missouri in a little bit.”
